The relationship between client-bank-asset manager

 

- Client signs an asset management mandate with the external asset manager, and the two parties decide jointly on the investment strategy to be implemented.

 

- External asset manager cannot undertake any cash and securities transfer without a client order.

 

- Bank holds accounts and deposits on behalf of client.
