Transparency & Structure

The Client–Bank–
Manager Relationship

A clear and secure tripartite model that protects your interests at every stage of managing your wealth.

How it works

A clear and
protective structure

The outsourced management model is based on a relationship between three complementary parties. Each party has a defined role, creating a system of control and security for the benefit of the client.

The Client

You sign a management mandate with the external wealth manager. Together, you define the investment strategy. The manager cannot transfer your assets without your explicit consent. You retain full control of your wealth.

The Bank

The partner bank holds your accounts and deposits in your name. It is the counterpart that executes the orders transmitted by the manager within the framework of the mandate. It guarantees the custody of your assets in complete security.

Gepolis S.A.

As an external wealth manager, Gepolis S.A. acts exclusively in your interest. We define and execute the investment strategy, monitor the portfolio and report to you in a transparent and regular manner.
